According to preliminary reports, a man and woman who were driving on a boda boda towards the direction of the shrine were killed instantly after a suspected bomb they were carrying allegedly went off, claiming both lives at the scene.
The police and other sister security agencies have sealed off access to the Munyonyo Martyrs Shrine.
